Somers Town Community Centre, 150 Ossulston Street, London, NW1 1EE
According to the latest statistics from ReLondon, the UK wastes around 9.52 million tonnes of food each year, costing the average household up to £1000. Unsustainable practices in how we buy, store and consume food are hurting the planet and our wallets. That's why on the 18th of November, NLWA will be coming to Somers Town Living Centre to run one of our Bin Less Save More workshops!
Come and join us for an evening of helpful tips and tricks on how to reduce the amount of food waste you produce, some goal-setting and a cooking demonstration with a free meal of plenty of delicious waste-free food for you to try.
You'll also be invited to take part in our food waste monitoring challenge, where we'll ask you to weigh your food waste for 1 week before and 4 weeks following the workshop and send us the results to be in with a chance of winning a £150 high street voucher.
Spaces are limited so head over to our event page to secure your place now!
