Who are Bowes & Bounds?

Bowes & Bounds run repair cafes where residents can bring along their broken electricals and other household items to have them repaired, therefore preventing unnecessary waste. The North London Community Fund have awarded the organisation a grant to continue providing residents with access to free access to repair to help out in the cost of living crisis as well as prevent waste. 

What's the event?

The Repair Café meets on the first Sunday of every month, in Shaftesbury Hall, next to Bowes Park train station. It is open for residents to come along and bring their broken items. 

They fix:

• electricals
• clothes and textiles
• general household items including toys

When: 5th January 1pm-5pm

Where: Shaftesbury Hall, 21 Herbert Rd, N11 2QN

Nearest station: Bowes Park

How: Book a repair slot now or just turn up.

They welcome new fixers and volunteers.
