Groundwork

Groundwork received funding for The Loop, a reuse project on the Pembury estate in Hackney. During the project the team recruited volunteers from the local area and engaged with residents in the community to influence their waste prevention behaviours. 

The project team aimed to reduce fly tipping in the area whilst repurposing the items to give them a new life. Groundwork educated residents to the importance of this issue through workshops and sale of repurposed furniture.
