Baby chair
Guidance
high chair, bouncer, rocker, swing chair, highchair, car seats
If they are in a good condition, baby chairs (and similar equipment like car seats) could be sold online, taken to a charity shop or given away on websites like Freecycle (opens in a new window), Freegle (opens in a new window) or Olio (opens in a new window). Some local authorities and charities might even collect reusable items from your home.
If the chair is large, you can make use of your local council's bulky collection service (open in a new window), but there can be a charge for the bulky waste collection services.
You can also take baby chairs to one of north London’s reuse and recycling centres (RRCs) (opens in a new window). If it is reusable, it will be put aside and sold in our Reuse Shop. If not reusable, it will be recycled where possible.
Please note that non-reusable furniture can only be taken to Kings Road Reuse and Recycling Centre if it is broken up into the different types of material, like wood and metal.
