We write further to our email acknowledging your Freedom of Information request (reference 2023-223). You requested information on the social media management platform and social listening/media monitoring tools we use. Please see our responses below.

1) Do you use a social media management platform?

No.

2) If so, what tools do you use?

Not applicable.

3) How much do you spend annually on a Social media management tool?

Not applicable.

4) Which month & year does your contract with your supplier end?

Not applicable.

5) Do you use a social listening / media monitoring platform?

Yes.

6) If so, what tools do you use?

We use Vuelio (vuelio.com/uk) and Agility PR (agilitypr.com).

7) How much do you spend annually on a social listening / media monitoring tool?

Our Vuelio contract is for £7,000 a year (excluding VAT). Our Agility PR contract is for £6,480 a year (excluding VAT).

8) Which month & year does your contract with your supplier end?

Our Vuelio contract is due to expire on 31 August 2024. Our Agility PR contract is due to expire on 28 August 2024.

9) Who is the senior officer in charge of these contracts?

The officer is Joe Sheeran, Head of Strategic Communications.

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you may ask for an internal review, which should be submitted within two months of when you received our response to either informationrequests@nlwa.gov.uk or enquiry form quoting the above reference.

If you are not content with the outcome of the review, you may complain to the Information Commissioner, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF, or via their online portal. The Information Commissioner will not usually accept complaints before a review has been completed.
