Thank you for your request regarding the above.

Your request was for the following information:

A list of all subcontractors, suppliers and consultants with their telephone numbers involved in the laydown area (East) works.

2.    NLWA Response

2.1    This request is being handled under the Environmental Information Regulations (EiR) 2004 and has been allocated the reference number 2019-19  and we respond as follows:

We have appointed the contractor for Laydown Area East who is Buckingham Group Contracting Limited. A copy of their award notice is available online. All subcontractors and suppliers for Laydown Area East are procured by Buckingham Group Contracting Limited.

All contracts for NLHPP with details are recorded in the NLHPP Works Register online when awarded.

We also have a team of consultants who provide services relating to the Project for the Authority. These are recorded in the Consultancy Register online and many of them will provide services relating to the Laydown Area East works.

2.2    You have asked for details of consultants with their telephone numbers. We are not sure if you are additionally requesting details of individuals and their contact telephone numbers or the details of the consultancy companies listed in the register above. However, for clarity, we have considered that you may have asked for individual consultants’ personal data including contact information. Your request has been considered and the information is exempt under the Environmental Information Regulations.

2.3    The exception applied is EiR Regulation 13 – Personal Data. Under data protection legislation (namely the General Data Protection Regulations (2016/697) (GDPR)) we cannot supply personal data of individual consultants without the express consent of individuals concerned. We do not have this consent. Disclosure would therefore contravene a data protection principle. This letter therefore acts as a refusal notice for this part of the information you may have requested.

2.4    Although we have refused part of your request I trust this response answers most of your questions but if you have any further information needs then please do contact us.
