Thank you for your request of 14 November entitled “Information Request - Our Reference 2017-20 and 2017-22”
Your request is being treated as a complaint about the Authority’s response to your requests for information (our references 2017-20 and 2017-22) in relation to CPO3 for the Hendon Waste Transfer Facility (WTF). We are answering in accordance with the Environmental Information Regulations (EiR) 2004 and have allocated your complaint reference number 2017-23 .
We have reviewed your correspondence with us and have identified two questions:
You asked (our request reference 2017-20) “Could you please inform us why the NLWA has withdrawn its objection? (to CPO3)”
Secondly you asked (our request reference 2017-22) “Could you please, as a matter of urgency, provide answers to the matters below and also whether this WTF will be operated by the NLWA?”
We have reviewed the information supplied in our response to your requests and conclude that we have said why we have withdrawn our objection to CPO3, however, our apologies we did not answer your question about whether NLWA would operate the replacement WTF. We confirm that NLWA will be operating the WTF.
