Black bags

Black bags can be used to store/transport general waste but should not be used to store recycling. The north London boroughs have to deal with the problem of waste wrongly placed in the recycling bin, including waste in black bin bags. For the avoidance of doubt, all black bags found in recycling bins will be disposed of.
