Apologies for the delay in coming back to you. Further to my earlier email acknowledging receipt of your EIR request (reference 2021-158), the tables below show the number of bookings made and attended from July 2020 to October 2021. There is no data for the period between 23 March and 1 July 2020 as the RRC was closed due to COVID-19 restrictions.
We do not currently hold data on the numbers of vehicles that are turned away for not having bookings. However, staff at our RRC networks will, where a member of the public turns up without an appointment, assist them to book the next available slot via a handheld tablet and gain entry.
