I am requesting information on the following:
Do you have an API management platform?
if so who is supplying it?
what is the annual cost?
when does the contract end?
what was the contract value?
Who is the supplier?
Do you have RPA (Robotic processing Automation)?
if so who is supplying it?
what is the annual cost?

Who is the supplier?
What is your CRM(s)?
Can we request the staff' names and direct contact details involved in each of the points stated above?

Further to our email acknowledging your freedom of information request (reference 2023-203), our response is as follows.
You requested:
- information on any Application Programming Interface (API) management, Robotic Processing Automation (RPA), or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions in use by the Authority, and
- the names and contact details for staff involved with managing the contracts for the solutions.
With regards to point 1, the Authority does not use any API management or RPA solutions. We use two CRM solutions, namely Vuelio and a custom solution provided by our communications advisers, AECOM.
With regards to point 2, the names of the staff members involved in managing the contracts for the solutions are the individuals’ personal information and the exemption at section 40(2) (Personal information) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 is therefore engaged. Enquiries about the contracts or future opportunities for provision of software solutions can be made to our general procurement (generalprocurement@nlwa.gov.uk) or enquiries (post@nlwa.gov.uk) email addresses.
