Response
Further to our earlier emails in relation to your freedom of information request (reference 2022-175), our response is below, using your numbering:
1. Responsibility for health and safety relating to the implementation of the North London Heat and Power Project was included in the scope of the Authority’s Programme Management Consultancy Services procurement carried out in 2018, for which Arup was the successful tenderer. Arup subcontracted with SaferSphere in 2020 for this element of the scope.
2. The attached spreadsheet contains details of payments made to Arup and SaferSphere between December 2018 and April 2022 for health and safety-related activities.
We trust that this answers your questions. If you would like any further information, please do not hesitate to raise a further information request. If you would like to complain about our handling of information requests, you can do so by emailing this email address (informationrequests@nlwa.gov.uk) or using the enquiry form on our website.
